Copper
granules and powders:
The collected
copper scrap is carefully selected and sorted from impurities and then
manufactured by cutting, milling and screening or by atomisation in
copper powders and granules less than 1 mm. The purity of our copper
powders and granules is on the level of min Cu99,9% and more. The powders
and granules are packed in appropriate big bags.

Raw material preparation:
Copper scraps
are carefully selected. In order to avoid unwated impurities, wires
are visually inpsected, omitted of any soldering parts, then cut into
cut wires for further remelting process.

Remelting and water atomizing:
Cut wires
and other raw materials are fed into the furnace for remelting, which
then proceed to water atomizing unit to produce copper granules and
powders.

Quality inspection:
Quality of
our products go through strict control system in order to ensure meeting
customer requirements and guarantee the stability of our product quality.
Following steps are followed:

Samples
are taken from each melting batch

These
samples are inspected through spectrometer to identify the purity
and chemical compostion.

Those
batches matching each customer quality request will be shipped to
each corresponding customer.

Blending
are done to consolidate quantity as well as homogenise the shipping
lot, which is done under strict quality parameter.

Above
inspection results are documented and quality certificates are to
be submitted to each customer.

Packaiging and shipment:
Shipments
are done normally in 1mt big bag but other packaging is available, if
requested from customer. For truck transportation, 20 mt trucks are
loaded and shipped from Rostov area, whereas for ocean vessel shipment
20 FT container with 20big bags(20mt) are shipped from Novorossijsk
port, Russia.
